Wellington Street (left) emerges onto the Quay and a great view of the Bridge (left below). Connies Traditional Tearooms is on the right. Turn left across the Bridge from where you have a view of Hemingford Meadow. Walk past the Dolphin Hotel on the right (picture) and onto The Causeway. |

Walk across The Causeway from which you have a view of Wilhorn Meadow on the left. At the South side of The Cuaseway, turn left and left through the gate onto Wilhorn Meadow. Follow the circular walk around the meadow. In spring it is a mass of yellow Buttercups and other spring wild flowers. In the winter the meadow may be very boggy or even under water. You can skip the walk around the meadow if you wish. Retrace your steps across The Causeway, past the Dolphin Hotel on your left and across the Bridge back to the town centre. |
