Town Centre Virtual Walk 4

Carrying on West, follow the footpath signs towards the Parish Church. Walk around the Church and if it's open take the opportunity to explore inside. On the Western side of the Parish Church you'll see the bridge crossing to Holt Island. If you have the time and inclination, and it's open, you can detour to explore Holt Island. Note that the path is not paved, although there is a board walk around the island. Straight ahead is the start of the thicket path which is part of the Ouse Valley Way. |

Retrace you steps back towards the Waits. On your left, about a 100m up the road as you leave the path is The Aviator. Head back toward the town centre, staying on the left hand side of the road opposite The Waits. You will pass the Methodist Church on your left. Take the opportunity to detour and explore Crown Walk. At the end of the Broadway you'll see Piggott's Jewellers ahead. |
