A field on the banks of the river Great Ouse for the enjoyment of the free people of St Ives
Noble's Field is a four acre river meadow along the Great Ouse, a shortish walk from the town centre. It is held in trust by a management committee for the recreation of the people of St Ives and is used by boaters, rowers, anglers, scouts and walkers.
This is a view of the field looking East towards St Ives. On the right is the river Great Ouse. The thicket path between St Ives and Houghton-Wyton runs past the field on the left.
Noble's Field is on the outskirts of St Ives just off the Thicket path (Ouse Valley Way) West of St Ives heading towards Houghton-Wyton.
Any groups who would like to make use of this facility should in the first instance contact the Town Clerk on 01480 467505.
